SoundPoint IP 321/331 — SIP телефон, поддерживающий 2 линии и обеспечивающий превосходное качество звука, а также весь спектр преимуществ IP телефонии. Модель 321 оснащена одни 10/100 Ethernet портом, модель 331 имеет два порта, что дает возможность использовать его в различных помещениях, например, вестибюлях, холлах, комнатах отдыха. Имеется возможность монтажа устройства на стену.
Аппарат имеет полнодуплексный громкоговоритель c легендарной технологией чистоты звука Acoustic Clarity, которая обеспечивает свободное от шума и эха общение и превосходное качество звука, будто разговор ведется с находящимся рядом собеседником.
Телефон настраивается посредством интуитивно понятного пользовательского интерфейса, позволяя использовать такие функции, как парковка/удержание вызова, перевод звонка, снятие трубки, трехсторонняя конференция, применение общей линии, обработка различных типов вызовов, поддержка XHTML.
Эта серия IP телефонов разработана, чтобы сделать настойку, модификацию и установку более эффективными и легкими. Телефон по умолчанию предназначен для использования на столе, также его можно без дополнительных принадлежностей закрепить на стене. Наличие встроенной поддержки IEEE 802.3af PoE дает возможность осуществить гибкую развертку и экономию кабелей. Аппарат поддерживает функции удаленного обновления с различных серверов: TFTP, FTP, HTTPS, HTTP. Для организации бесперебойной, надежной работы устройство может использовать обеспечение с call и загрузочного серверов.
